By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
Emanza reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
All prices, descriptions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual items may vary slightly due to lighting or display differences.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders are processed once full payment or confirmed Cash on Delivery (COD) is received.
Incomplete or invalid information may result in order cancellation.
Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.
💳 Advance & Crypto Payments (TRC20):
For same-day delivery within the UAE, advance payment is mandatory.
Emanza accepts TRC20 cryptocurrency payments only for advance or pre-paid orders.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
Emanza is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen conditions.
Same-day delivery is available in UAE only for advance crypto payments (TRC20).
4. Exchange & Replacement Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day product exchange policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.
Not Eligible for Exchange
Items damaged due to customer misuse.
Sale, clearance, or discounted products.
Accessories, undergarments, or personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
Exchange Process
Contact emanza.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide order details and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
Once approved, return the product to our address.
After inspection, your replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
5. Damage Claim Policy
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Send clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once verified, a replacement or store credit will be provided (cash refunds are not available).
⚠️ Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
6. Product Replacement
Replacement will be made only for the same product, subject to availability.
If the product is out of stock, we’ll offer a store credit or an alternative item of equal value.
7. Refund Policy
Emanza does not provide cash refunds once an order has been confirmed.
Exchanges and replacements are allowed as per our 7-day policy.
